We welcome our teachers to apply for grants for a special project or event that they believe will enhance our students’ experiences in DTS.
AY 2013-24 PiE-Approved Faculty Grant Requests
- Music in the Parks – $1500.00 to support the DTS Chorus and Band to participate at the annual Festival of Music at Hershey Park.
- Solar Eclipse glasses for all students and staff so they could watch the eclipse on April 8, 2024.

We have revised our process and hope you find it more user-friendly and accessible.
For requests up to $1000, please submit your application at least three weeks in advance of when funds are needed.
For requests exceeding $1000, please remember these dates:
- for funds needed in October-December, submit your application by September 30 for our October meeting
- for funds needed in January-March, submit your application by December 15 for our January meeting
- for funds needed in April-June, submit your application by March 30 for our April meeting
