Meetings

Meetings are typically held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month with some exceptions.

All meetings begin at 7pm and will be held in the Performing Arts Room at DTS and via Zoom (the Jan & Feb meetings will be remote only; there is no December meeting).

The link to ALL the Zoom meetings has been added below. Meetings last approximately 1 hour with exception to the 1st meeting of the school year which may run longer due to the presentation of the proposed budget for the year.

Agendas and minutes are emailed out a few days prior to the meeting.
